What part of the billing process do you handle?

Our clients provide us with a superbill of their choosing along with patient information. If using our software we enter the patient information, the claim information and send it through our clearing house to process through the insurer. We follow up with aging reviews, denials and payment posting. We provide customized reports monthly upon request.

Do you provide medical coding services?

We do not provide coding at this time, it is always safest for the facility or clinician to choose their coding based on the provided services. From there we can submit and/or fix any errors once submitted.

Do you do credentialing?

We do not have a credentialing department in house, however we partner with a credentialing company that specializes in all types of providers and facilities and is familiar with all of our high standards.

How do I submit billing information to BRM?

All of our clients choose what works best for them. Some drop off paper billing directly to us! We are able to pull any reports from the client's system, if preferred. Otherwise encrypted email, fax or mail. We are happy to make this process as easy as possible.
